Responsebilities
- Manage necessary system upgrades for Oracle Student Financial Planning (OSFP) environments and test all impacted areas and workflows.
- Perform basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Work with the institutional management team to establish processes that support administrative, development, and change management activities.
- Assist in training new users and help grow the OSFP skill set across the organization.
- Collaborate with the user community to define and document development requirements.
- Assist in coordinating the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
